Elijah Wood, star of the blockbuster flick The Lord of the Rings, turned 21 Jan. 28 – and celebrated by throwing up! The actor had gone out on the town with a bunch of pals and by the time they reached Sloan's bar on Melrose Avenue, he'd had one too many. "He just managed to make it to the bathroom in time," says an eyewitness. "He was a real mess."
